I had some heavy, odd-sized items. The two men handled them efficiently and cheerfully. I had to reschedule a few times. A real human answered the phone each time. Recently, my mom’s husband had passed. (May he rest in peace). In her condo- there were a few items that needed to be removed to make the place feel and look cleaner. To get a fresh start. She had some really old bulky furniture and the couch that her deceased husband would spend most of his last days on. We needed to have these items removed, because she had some newer stuff coming in. We called Junk Boss and they were super accommodating. We set up an appointment and they were right on time. The 2 guys were polite and very helpful. The one guy, James had a nice smile and made you feel comfortable. They were quick and the price quoted was very reasonable. The Junk Boss team communicated prior to the pickup time, arrived promptly, and gave a fair price quote range for the job, which depended on how much of the truck the furniture would occupy. The team was professional and efficient and packed the truck compactly which helped with the price. The movers, James and “B” were very personable and friendly and the furniture removal process went smoothly and quickly. By the end of the job James even got the nickname “Popeye” because he picked up furniture like he’d been eating his spinach!! :)I would recommend Junk Boss Junk Removal to anyone and will definitely be using them again!!!

I had a pile of junk leftover from the previous owners, I was debating to take it in myself or have someone come grab it. In the end I was really happy I had them come out. They were professional, and good communicators and the whole experience was great.One note was it was a bit on the expensive side. Worth it without a doubt but still a bit expensive.

It was a fast and easy online’s booking. I booked in the afternoon and they gave me multiples options days and time, including next day. I got confirmation email same day and text updates same day. They were cooperative and pleasant. I had a very bad experience the day before with the truck drivers from a Charity Company that I expected more humanity.I will recommend this company to anyone who needs to pickup things that won’t use anymore.In addition, the driver , Elvis (I hope didn’t mess with the name) spoke Spanish! His helper was very nice too!

I am editing my original review. The owners of this company obviously take customer service and professionalism very seriously. After a mishap between call-center quotes and in-house quotes, I was frustrated. But, the owners reached out to me immediately and honored the initial quote given. They rescheduled me immediately for this morning. Derrick was my lead technician this morning and was VERY professional and wore his mask, which I appreciate. I would now recommend this service.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys they texted us when they were coming they showed up on time, called us when they were on the way. Were courteous prompt and took everything that we needed to have disposed of. I booked online very late at night and they arrived early the next morning to take my old furniture quickly and at a fair price. I was very relieved as I was having new furniture delivered that same day and the donation groups I contacted had a week long lead time. I checked some other companies like 1800 got junk and they were booked for several days. Would strongly recommend the friendly guys at Junk Boss removal!

I found Junk Boss on Google based on reviews, and am very glad I did. They provided a free estimate for my removal project, which was to remove a delapitated fence that surrounded the front of my property as well as a 4 seat hot tub that was there when I purchased the home. They came by to provide the estimate the day following my call, and it was very reasonable. They were able to accomodate my tight timeline on short notice. Will and his team were wonderful. Via text and email all appointment times are confirmed, and Will would text me to let me know he and the team were on their way. They are on time, efficient, very quick, and on budget. No surprises, no extra fees, just an estimate and a great job well done. They are super polite and even went the extra mile of taking away a few extra items that I hadn’t planned on, and this REALLY helped me out. These guys were Tops! I had sent info in to similar companies and Junk Boss were the most responsive and able to work out a base quote over the phone rather than have to come see my hot tub. When they showed up we agreed on a final price right away and they were done with the work in just over an hour. The crew was very careful not to damage any surrounding areas and even cleaned up all debris from the destruction and removal process, even raking up the area to make it flat and ready for our next project to replace the hot tub with paver stones and garden stuff. These guys were great! I had to call on short notice on a Saturday and they were able to come that day. They showed up ready to work and did a great job getting rid of stuff, helping drag things out to the truck, and doing whatever needed done. I’ll be calling on them for the next pile of junk we’ve got to get rid of. The prices were well below some of the other competitors (i.e. 1-800-GOT-….). They were polite, helpful, and professional.
